We are Entering the Days of Awe

John 4:35-38 has been revealed to me recently in an exciting fresh way. I have personally witnessed many people coming to God and returning to God in nonconventional settings. Signs of his Grace are manifesting over and over again before our eyes as He takes the most broken vessels and uses them for His Glory.

September hosts Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year) which in Hebrew means "head of the year". It is the first of the High Holidays or Yamim Noraim "Days of Awe", celebrated ten days before Yom Kippur. Yom Kippur completes the annual period known in Judaism as the High Holy Days or "Days of Awe". The theme of Yom Kippur is atonement and repentance.

As we are swiftly approaching the most significant time in the Jewish calendar, there is a stirring in the Heavenly Realms to see radical repentance. God is releasing ‘Angels of Shock and Awe' throughout the nations. We will watch the hardest people turn to the Lord in the most amazing ways under the most amazing circumstances. These angels will cause Shock and Awe wherever they are released. Shocking miracles and Divine Interventions that will cause people to be shocked and produce an Awe towards the Lord.

Shock and Awe technically known as rapid dominance is a military term based on the use of overwhelming power and spectacular displays of force to paralyse the enemy's perception of the battlefield and destroy its will to fight.

The nations of the earth particularly Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East will see the overwhelming power of these Angelic hosts and God’s Spirit sweeping into action.

The Harvest

35 Do you not say, ‘It is still four months until the harvest comes?’ Look, I say to you, raise your eyes and look at the fields and see, they are white for harvest.36 Already the reaper is receiving his wages and he is gathering fruit for eternal life; so that he who plants and he who reaps may rejoice together.37 For in this case the saying is true, ‘One[person] sows and another reaps.’ 38 I sent you to reap [a crop] for which you have not worked. Others have worked, and you have been privileged to reap the results of their work.” John 4:35-38

The Lord is asking us to look at the harvest and not at our past failures or our perceptions of how the harvest will be harvested. He is asking us to see the people we met as ripe and ready to harvest no matter what their attitude or behaviour. He is saying I have sent you to reap where you have not worked. There is an inheritance of the lost coming to fruition. As things accelerate expect the supernatural, expect to be in Shock and Awe at the rapid dominance the Lord has over the enemy.

These Angelic Hosts are the harvesters spoken of in Matthew 13:39

“The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels.”

The harvesting Angels are eagerly waiting to be released with their sickles into the harvest.

Stop questioning if the harvest is ripe; it's time to declare the harvest!

"So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields." Matthew 9:38

Everything is set in place for us to be eyewitnesses to the largest harvest in world history which will usher in the coming of the Lord.

We need to lift up a cry for the lost, as our Father waits for the precious fruit of the earth.

"Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waits for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receives the early and latter rain." James 5:7

The people of God have had longed to see ‘The Former and Latter rain’ these two rains together produce flood waters. Wait no longer! the earth is yielding its increase. The Lord is flooding the earth with himself revealing

His Goodness and Mercy. We are onlookers to this amazing spectacle.

Jesus is the former and latter rain spoken of in Hosea 6:3.

"Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the lord: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth."

We are entering the ‘Days of Awe.’
