Recently, the Lord has been highlighting the industrious and captivating nation of Japan. The Lord wants to encourage those who have been standing as watchmen for decades in this nation to see the souls of men turn to Christ in an unprecedented way. The Body of Christ in Japan is coming into an age of maturity and unity.
This island nation has a mantle of evangelism upon it; they have a calling to go not just within their own shores, but out into the surrounding nations, carrying the fiery torch of salvation--first lit by the missionaries centuries ago.
The enemy has fought so hard to stop the spread of Christianity throughout Japan. Despite all the attempts of the enemy to stop Christianity in Japan, the Christian population has been increasing steadily. The foundations of Christ have gone deep into her majestic land. There is a harvest in the nation of Japan due to the prayers and perseverance of the Christians there. Many have given their lives to pray and intercede for this nation.
This next generation will not be satisfied with the status quo of traditional life; they are looking for answers that other generations did not seek. Their hearts are discontented with daily life...they are searching for the true meaning of life. This could be deemed as a time of unrest, but don't be fooled by superficial things. This season will be fruitful in many ways.
Young people will gather in large crowds through prayer networks; worship will be a drawcard. This type of modern worship music will come out of the shores of Japan. Their worship will touch the heart of God but also help melt the heart of this nation.
This nation is famous for its manufacturing abilities. It is not uncommon to read "Made in Japan" on products. In a vision, I saw these words change from "Made in Japan" to ”Saved in Japan.” I believe the Lord was showing me that just as things made in Japan are known throughout the nations of the earth, so will this sovereign move of God's salvation be known in the earth.
Even though it has seemed impossible in the past to see a dramatic shift from the traditions and strongholds over this nation of Japan, the Believers of Japan have been chipping away for many years; they have done far more damage to the kingdom of darkness than is visible with the naked eye.
Pray for the societal mountains of Japan to be shifted and powerfully influenced by Christ. In this next season, by the spirit of God, some well-known public figures already leading in their mountains of Government, Arts & Entertainment, Education, Business and Media will have encounters with the God of the Bible that will lead to their conversion.
”Who has ever heard of such things? Who has ever seen things like this? Can a country be born [born again] in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment? Yet no sooner is Zion in labour than she gives birth to her children.” (Isaiah 66:8 NIVUK, emphasis added)
“I permitted Myself to be sought by those who did not ask for Me; I permitted Myself to be found by those who did not seek Me. I said, ‘Here am I, here am I,’ to a nation which did not call on My name.” (Isaiah 65:1)
